Mr. Manohar Naik, our grandfather and pioneer of the modern real estate industry, has helped us to solidify our foundation in construction development and most importantly inculcated ethical values in us. This, in turn, has inspired us to create exemplary structures without compromising on quality.
After years of establishing prominent projects in heart of Pune city, we are now developing a 30-acres IT-ITES specific on the outskirts of Pune, at Manjari Road, New Kharadi. With the development in progress, we envision this project to be India’s prime IT development landmark. Through this project, we are committed to cater to the requirement of IT-oriented enterprises.
LEADERSHIP
Mr. Rajeev Naik holds the position of Promoter Director in the company. He graduated with a degree in commerce and law from revered Pune University. His passion for creating the finest exquisite spaces has helped us in crafting innovative homes and offices for our customers. Moreover, his legal acumen has guided us in handling day-to-day operations effectively. Mr. Naik’s 30+ years of experience in this industry has nurtured the enterprise to become the most reputed developer in the industry.
Our Director Ameya Naik’s strategic expertise in growth operations helps to proliferate the enterprise’s foothold in the industry. He beacons behind-the-scenes operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company. Mr. Naik completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from Symbiosis International University.
Mr. Sanjay Naik is the Promoter Director of our esteemed organization. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Pune University. His ambition to stage M.S. Naik Co. on the global market has given us wings to reach new horizons in the real estate industry. Mr. Naik plays a vital role in invoking a spirit of determination in us. During his 30+ years of experience in the industry, he did not only curate strategies to expand our presence, but also spearhead the land acquisition department.
Our Director Abhishek Naik ensures that the project receives the certificate of excellence and meets the customers’ requirements. He works around the clock to deliver high-quality construction developments while pushing the boundaries in terms of quality. Mr. Naik completed his Engineering degree from Pune University.
Mr. Ravindra Naik holds the seat of Promoter Director in the company. He is a commerce degree holder from Pune University. Mr. Naik is known for developing creative marketing strategies for the company. With over three decades of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, his contribution to the success of the enterprise is immeasurable. He’s not only known for his quick-witted marketing skills but also recognized for his diligent management skills.
Our Director Anuj Naik, a young and dynamic director of M.S. Naik & Co. , works with a team of professionals to develop strategies and spot future growth opportunities. Just after completing Masters in Business Administration from Pune University, he laid the stone of his career by joining the construction business. Mr. Naik spends his time contemplating potential ideas that can accelerate the enterprise’s growth.
